She called her assistant Chidambarananda Swami, gave the medicine to Ramalakshmi, took medication, and mixed it in the drinking water. A police IG had gone to Visakhapatnam for camp the next day, and some other officers behaved strangely. Police suspect something has happened in Vizag and ban traffic there. Special Officer Naresh is sent there to find out what happened. When Naresh goes there, all the females behave like males and all the males behave like females.
