All items are shipped with care and in strict compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Items cannot be returned without the receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service team.
You may return for free any items that you purchased on our website and did not download. We will credit the account you use to purchase the item and the shipping fee you paid will be deducted from your refund.
For returns of downloadable products, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
For returns of DVDs or CDs, a copy of the original receipt must be provided.

What is the refund process?
Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
We will process the return within 3 business days of the RMA. Upon return of the items, you will be emailed a confirmation with the RMA #.
To expedite processing, you can purchase expedited shipping options, to be charged by our customer service team at checkout.
Please ensure that you make a claim on your original card, as the card will be refunded once the package is received. This includes all gift cards and loyalty programs.
